Ryan is the Managing Principal for Gibson's Indianapolis office. He is responsible for overall strategic direction, recruiting, sales, & retention for the office. Throughout his career with Gibson, Ryan has successfully filled roles within Property & Casualty, Employee Benefits, and agency leadership - building a knowledge base perfectly suited to lead Gibson's Indianapolis office. Prior to his tenure as Managing Principal, Ryan played an integral role growing Gibson's Employee Benefits Practice in Northern Indiana, helping lead the department to triple in size over a four year period. In 2009 he became a Principal and was named the South Bend Sales Leader. As Sales Leader, Ryan was responsible for the growth and retention efforts for Gibson's largest office. He also joined the five person Senior Leadership Team, aiding in the implementation of the overall strategic plan of the agency. Ryan's professional career began with Bradley Morris, Inc., a recruiting firm specializing in the placement of military officers and enlisted soldiers. He then joined Stryker Instruments working with physicians and nurses as a product expert in the operating room for Stryker's medical instruments division.
