Roy Blair... Roy has over sixteen years of recruiting experience within the Silicon Valley job market. During his recruiting career Roy was the top producing Finance & Accounting recruiter in the country for a leading National search firm. Prior to his career in the Staffing industry Roy worked in Corporate Accounting for Raychem Corporation in Menlo Park. Roy is a 1988 graduate of College of Notre Dame in Belmont where he also distinguished himself as the leading scorer and Captain of the Varsity Basketball team. One of Roy's biggest passions is music. He has been the lead singer for the Bay Area rock band Tripster Louie for the past two decades. Recently Roy has been writing and recording some original songs with his alternative country music group named Modesto Roy & The Catfish Boys.
