Ron Quigley is one of the three founders of Davis, Matthews & Quigley, P.C. He practices in the Business and Commercial Litigation and Real Estate sections. Ron represents clients in both state and federal litigation involving various matters, including disputes involving real estate, unfair competition, breach of contract, condemnations, negligent construction, shareholder disputes, ad valorem tax assessment, zoning matters, commercial and residential landlord tenant disputes, and business torts. He has represented both developers and secured lenders in commercial real estate acquisition and development financing, and has also represented residential builders in various capacities. Ron is a member of the Real Estate Law and Litigation Sections of the Atlanta Bar Association, American Bar Association, Lawyers Club of Atlanta, and the State Bar of Georgia. He is also a member of the New York State Bar. Ron is admitted to practice before the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Ron was selected by other lawyers in 2005 to be included in the list of Georgia Super Lawyers. He is an AV® Preeminent? rated attorney with Martindale Hubbell.* Mr. Quigley has lectured at many continuing legal education seminars. Ron was born in Eunice, New Mexico. He graduated from The Citadel, Charleston, South Carolina, with an A.B. in 1963. In 1966, he received his LL.B. from New York University.
