Chief Executive Officer, President & Managing Director Rod Vautier was a Founder and Managing Director of The Australian Plasterboard Company. Under his leadership, the business achieved over $30 million in turnover within two years and quickly gained significant market share in Australia against large corporate competitors. As General Manager Sales and Marketing for James Hardie (Australia and New Zealand), Rod was instrumental in the development and launch of many new products. In this role, he managed a large, diverse sales team of over 120 people and was a member of the Asia Pacific management team. Recognized as top overall graduate upon completion of his MBA (Professional Accounting), Rod also has a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Human Resource Management) degree. Rod provides a combination of strong technical skills and a management style that creates a high tempo of activity across BiOWiSH Technologies. He also creates and maintains high level relationships that are critical to the progress and success of the business.
