Mr. Fiore has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) assignments and leveraged ESOP transactions as well as other forms of leveraged buyouts. He also has expertise valuing companies in many industries, including: healthcare, IT Services, process management, architecture, engineering and construction services, defense contracting, HVAC and other distribution, capital equipment parts manufacturing, cosmetics and others. A frequent industry speaker, Mr. Fiore has participated in various seminars on topics such as wealth management, retirement planning, estate planning and more. During his time there, Mr. Fiore provided personal financial advice and services to clients of LaSalle Bank. He has also worked as both a Financial Analyst and a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley.
