Robert Rubin has a long and successful track record of managing, leading and supporting government security programs both domestically and overseas. Mr. Rubin is a noted subject matter expert in private and public sector security and has spoken/written widely on the subject. He was the President of a $5M commercial security division before he acquired an $8M competitor, packaged the two and sold them in order to focus on Government services. As the COO of an International Government security provider, he expanded the company 5 fold from a $40M base of revenue to over $200M. During that period of extensive growth, Mr. Rubin and his team worked to professionalize the operational processes, expand the use of technology, restructure and support the training function to become a tight but decentralized model, and increase the focus on contract compliance and quality controls. Additionally, Mr. Rubin has significant experience in the customer service arena as the senior manager of a concierge firm, the creator of a successful client retention program, and a certified Quality Control Monitor. Mr. Rubin has a BA from Skidmore College and a MCR from NYU's Tisch School, NACORE Institute.
