Robert Rossi has been an executive recruiter in the Medical Device industry since 1982. He joined National Search Associates in 1994. Prior to that he was instrumental in starting two other successful search firms. Upon graduation from college in 1975, Bob entered into the medical device industry as a sales representative with a division of American Hospital Supply. Bob's recruiting expertise is in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Clinical Affairs as well as Engineering professionals. He has completed searches from the Vice President and Director level to that of Development Engineer. He believes that in order to be an effective recruiter he should be considered an integral part of his clients' staffing process, not an outsider looking in. Bob was born in New York City and relocated to Southern California in his teens. He attended California State University Northridge and received a Bachelor of Arts degree. He lives with his wife and daughter in Oceanside, California.
