Robert Held has more than 26 years of expertise in construction management, finance, tenant leasing and institutional coordination. A licensed general contractor and a licensed real estate broker, Robert Held has provided services in construction completion, project workouts, marketing, property management and sales for more than two million square feet of commercial and residential properties throughout the U.S. He has worked with such companies as Union Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Santa Monica Bank, University of California, Los Angeles, Metropolitan Life, and Western Mortgage Corporation. Robert Held is affiliated with the Building Owners and Managers Association and the Construction Management Association of America. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Junior Blind of America. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis on Real Estate from the University of Southern California.
