Robert H. Clymer joined Berenson & Company in 2008 as a Managing Director with more than 25 years of financial services investment banking experience. Prior to joining Berenson, Bob was Managing Director and Head of the Diversified Financial Services group at Bank of America. Before that he was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Credit Suisse First Boston and, prior to their merger, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, which he joined from UBS. Prior to UBS, Bob was with Salomon Brothers where he was a Managing Director in the financial institutions group. Bob has worked exclusively in the financial services sector where he has served as an advisor to banks, commercial and consumer finance companies on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and all forms of public and private capital raisings. Bob graduated Cum Laude with a B.A. from Dartmouth College in 1974 and he received an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1980.
