At Great Jakes I am responsible for all aspects of business development and operations. However, I consider it my primary responsibility to ensure that Great Jakes consistently exceeds the expectations of its clients. Over the years I ve had the pleasure of building Great Jakes into an organization that has a culture of learning. Our industry is ever changing, so I ve made sure that we are adept at embracing new tools and processes that can provide value to our clients. In addition to my responsibilities at Great Jakes, I sit on the Steering Committee of the Business Development Network, a highly selective group of business professionals in New York City. I am also active in the legal marketing community and have held various board positions at the New York Legal Marketing Association, including that of Information Officer. Currently, I am co-chair of the organization's technology committee. In addition, I am a contributor to various legal marketing industry publications and speak often at the New York City Bar Association on subjects related to web-marketing.
