Rob Hooke evaluates, negotiates and manages all eonBusiness venture fund investments. Rob has been involved in numerous private investment transactions and other corporate mergers and acquisitions. Rob is a former partner in the law firm of Gouger Franzmann & Hooke, LLC, where he was lead of the Business Law practice, advising emerging growth high-tech and internet-related businesses. In addition, he has served as legal counsel to larger well-known companies in communications, media and entertainment such as EchoStar (DISH Network), OnCommand, Discovery Communications and XM Satellite Radio. Rob has nearly 20 years of experience working with businesses in private practice and within corporate structures such as eonBusiness, EchoStar and Request Holdings. Rob received his B.A. in Political Science (cum laude) from the College of Charleston, M.A. in International Studies from the University of Denver Graduate School of International Studies, and a J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law.
