Robert Harris, Vice President With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Rob brings a diverse background and true customer focus to our business and project development efforts. Rob is recognized as an expert in industrial project development, providing pre-construction services and counsel that has led to the successful initiation, construction and start-up of a number of projects serving the bio-fuels, solar, power and diversified manufacturing markets. Rob is the past chair and current director of the Cowlitz Economic Development Council, sits on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Construction Consumer Council and is an Associates Board Member for the Western States Petroleum Association. A graduate of Seattle University, Rob spent the first four years of his career with Sverdrup Corporation before joining JH Kelly. When Rob's not on the road in pursuit of new business for JH Kelly, he coaches youth sports and is involved with local charitable causes.
