Actively involved with the structuring of National's transactions and implementation and execution of its project finance, development, investment, asset management and leasing activities. Extensive experience, both locally and nationally, in numerous sub-specialties of real estate law, including leasing, debt and equity finance, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, and zoning and land use. While in private practice prior to joining National Development, represented a wide variety of clients in addition to National, including other developers, life insurance companies, pension fund advisors, real estate investment trusts, operators of healthcare facilities, corporations, universities and other not-for-profit institutions.
