Mr. Morse is co-founder and managing Partner of Cornerstone Architects. He established Cornerstone's sustainable and green design studio with their first energy star compliant building in 2002 and is a member of the US Green Building Council. His knowledge and experience with life cycle cost analysis; adaptive re-use and financial analysis for commercial real estate investment have distinguished Cornerstone Architects as a leader in the field. In addition he has provided clients with services to secure State and Federal Historic Tax Credits on existing buildings. Mr. Morse often gives informational seminars on the benefits of sustainable & green design and has lectured to groups such as the Medical Group Managers Association and has presented the benefits of Historic Preservation and adaptive re-use to the Urban Land Institute. Prior to forming Cornerstone Architects, Mr. Morse managed numerous commercial, public and industrial design and construction projects at four of the nations largest architectural, engineering and construction firms; URS Consultants, DMJM, Marshall Erdman & Associates and Fluor Daniel. He received his Architectural degree from the State University of New York, is licensed in Virginia, New York, West Virginia, and Kentucky and provides 28 years experience to clients of the firm.
