Richard Fish, Chief Executive Officer, joined Brown & Toland in January 2007 as a senior vice president of New Business Development and was named chief executive officer in November 2010. He previously was a vice president at Heritage Development Organization, in Garden Grove, CA, and has more than 15 years' health care experience at such organizations as Talbert Medical Group, Pacific Cardiovascular Associates/Pacific Hospitalist Associates, Talbert Medical Management Corporation, and FHP International. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural and Managerial Economics from the University of California -- Davis and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington -- Seattle.
