Richard Broder, CPM, is our Vice President responsible for many areas of corporate planning and administration for the company, as well as being responsible for the day-to-day operations of properties under contract. Richard is a 1983 graduate of the University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Urban Studies. Upon graduation, he joined Farbman/Stein and Company as a property manager and leasing agent. Prior to joining us as Vice President, Richard was Executive Vice President of Farbman/Stein, and was responsible for its operations including management of over 12.5 million square feet of commercial, retail, office, residential and industrial real estate. He is involved in a variety of community and charitable organizations, and holds an Associate Broker's license in the State of Michigan in addition to being the Broker of Record for his company, Broder & Sachse Real Estate Services. Richard is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He resides in West Bloomfield, Michigan with his wife and two daughters.
