Richard Bennett counsels clients on a full range of commercial real estate matters. Mr. Bennett emphasizes structuring solutions to complex project development and financing challenges, including the redevelopment and financing of contaminated properties. He regularly appears before Planning Boards, Boards of Appeal and other regulatory and land use bodies. Mr. Bennett has lectured and taught on land use regulation and environmental law at numerous law schools and has served as an adjunct counsel to the United States Senate Committee on Environmental and Public Works.
