Rex F. DeLong, as President of Western National Realty Advisors, is responsible for the company's development, acquisition, dispositions and asset management functions. Since joining WNG in 1994, he has spearheaded the growth of the development and acquisition functions and played an integral role in the development of key property owner relationships in Southern California which was the source of many new projects. Mr. DeLong has over 30 years of extensive real estate experience in various areas, including over 12 years with financial institutions such as Wells Fargo, Crocker Bank, Union Bank and Security Pacific/Bank of America. Mr. DeLong's responsibilities included various senior management positions in the areas of construction loans, permanent loans, property dispositions and loan workouts. Mr. DeLong earned a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and is currently active in various trade and community activities. Mr. DeLong is a full member of the Urban Land Institute and is an active member of their Multifamily Council.
