Regis has been in overall charge of numerous multi-million dollar communication construction projects including the installation of the National Telephone System in the Country of Iran. He was the engineer of record for the design and construction of the Communications System for the Lagos airport in the country of Nigeria, East Africa. Regis was the principal in charge for the design and installation of the first cellular communications system for Ericsson in Detroit, MI. He has over 40 years experience working in the telecommunications industry and in the wireless industry since 1982. In addition to his communications experience, Regis has had extensive experience in electrical design for various heavy industries such as refineries, steel mills, printing plants, government facilities and electric utility company facilities as well as high technology applications such as computer data facilities and telephone switching buildings. Regis is also a nationally recognized as an expert in the field of Cathodic Protection, Corrosion Control and Grounding. Regis has a Bachelor of Science from Drexel University in Electrical Engineering, Post-Graduate Studies from Pennsylvania University in English and Technical Writing, Post-Graduate Studies from Penn State University in Business and Real Estate Law and is a licensed Electrical Engineer in Pennsylvania.
