Ranjit de Sousa EMEA, Executive Vice President Ranjit de Sousa is responsible for the EMEA operations of Lee Hecht Harrison, one of the global divisions of the Adecco Group. He is a member of the Lee Hecht Harrison Executive Team. Ranjit, based in Zurich, has worked in global business development, strategy and M&A for the Adecco Group and Lee Hecht Harrison in Zurich, Paris (2006-2007) and New York (2008-2009) while at the same time leading several key sales and account management teams for some of the division's largest clients. Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, he worked as partner and strategy consultant at Ziel Consulting, a boutique M&A and growth strategy firm based in Zurich, driving the company's growth during its start up phase. His career began in 2001 at Monitor Group, gathering working experience as strategy consultant with a focus on market entry and growth topics in different Continental European countries. Ranjit holds an M.A. (lic. rer. publ. HSG) in economics, law and political science from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and studied at the Institut Universitaire de Hautes Études Internationales in Geneva (HEI). Between 2002 and 2005, he also was an assistant lecturer for Swiss public and private law at the University of St. Gallen.
