Randy James Title: Founder & VP, Client Services College/University: Grace College I came to Minds On, Inc. after co-founding EC Outlook, a supply chain integration software company where I helped grow annual revenues in excess of 7 million. I served as Vice President of Marketing and Web Marketing Manager. I've worn a lot of different hats business communications specialist, Web strategist, content manager but I think what I do best is helping businesses crystallize their message and identity.
