Phillip T. Chase has more than forty years of experience in asset management solution design. He has pioneered such innovations as open user asset management software architecture, integrated equipment management and metrology solutions, and the SMART/ECSS enterprise structured cataloging system. Before founding PMSC in the early 1970's, Phil was an early innovator in asset management at Hughes Aircraft in Los Angeles, where he designed one of the first known computerized property tracking systems. Mr. Chase earned an engineering degree from the University of Nebraska, and an MBA from Stanford University.
