Philip W. Struble, PE, President and CEO of Landplan Engineering, is a graduate of the University of Kansas. He received a Master of Business Administration degree in 1981 and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree in 1979. Philip holds professional engineer registration in several midwestern states. Prior to joining Landplan in 1987, Philip worked for several engineering firms in the Denver, Colorado area. Philip was named President and CEO of Landplan Engineering in 1997. He is an active member of numerous professional engineering and management societies. He is also a member of the Lawrence Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. At Landplan Engineering, Philip is responsible for the overall operations and management of the firm. In addition, he advises on the technical design of all engineering projects completed by the firm. This responsibility includes conceptual design, computer applications, continuing education and staffing. Project designs include mining operations, stormwater collection and treatment, process water treatment, large volume water transfer, public hearings and various environmental processes.
