Over his career Mr. Jenks has developed extensive senior executive experience and a deep understanding of strategic planning and implementation. Currently he is President of Transhumance the world's largest vertically integrated lamb producer. Prior to taking on this assignment Mr. Jenks was Chief Executive Officer of The Jenks Group® a strategic planning and executive coaching consultancy. Prior to founding The Jenks Group® he held the positions of President and Chief Operating Officer of the largest privately held security firm in the nation. Mr. Jenks began his career in education before moving on to banking and manufacturing in the late 1970's. His fascination with strategic planning and strategic plan management began in 1981 during his tenure with Daiwa Inc. In the mid 1980's he began to formulate a strategic planning process that he has since used to help clients, coast to coast, improve top and bottom line performance. Mr. Jenks is a guest lecturer in the UC system, has served on numerous boards for both government and private enterprise, and is well known for his ability to manage and deliver sustainable bottom line results.
