Peter Klausner is an attorney in the firm's West Coast practiceWaters, Kraus & Paulin the Los Angeles office. Peter's practice focuses on toxic tort, product liability, and asbestos litigation. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles and was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. After college, Peter worked as a grassroots political activist in Los Angeles before enrolling in law school. While attending Loyola Law School, he served on the Trial Advocacy Board and was a member of the Moot Court Board. Peter is an American Association for Justice Trial Advocacy Regional Champion, an American Bar Association Moot Court Oralist Honors recipient - ranked third in the nation, and an American Bar Association Moot Court Regional Champion. Peter served as a certified law clerk in the Preliminary Hearings Department and Hardcore Gang Investigations Unit of the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. He was also an intern for the Public Counsel Law Center's Homelessness Prevention Law Project where he continued working with them through giving presentations on public assistance and the homelessness problem in Los Angeles to first-year law students. Peter is a member of the American Association for Justice and was admitted to the state Bar of California in 2010.
