Pete Lamont joined INTEGRITYOne Partners in 2005 and became a Partner in 2008. His lead responsibility is managing INTEGRITYOne Partners? Homeland Security practice. In addition, as a senior member of the Firm, Pete also supports developing and executing the firm's strategy. Pete has over twenty years experience delivering program and project management, business performance improvement, and strategic planning services to his clients. He specializes in supporting business and information technology transformation efforts, where he has built a reputation for bringing realistic solutions to resolve complex problems. Prior to joining INTEGRITYOne Partners, Pete served as a Senior Manager in a "Big 4" firm, where he led a large practice delivering program management and strategic planning services to the Federal Government. Pete received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Masters Degree in International Management from the University of Maryland. He has completed the Key Executives and Leading Professional Service Firms executive education programs at the Harvard Business School. He is a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
