Patti joined MG Properties in May 2005 and has 20 years of operations and asset management experience in the multi-family housing industry. Prior to joining MG, Patti spent six years as a Senior Regional Manager for Equity Residential, one of the largest apartment owners in the United States, and 10 years working in various property and asset management capacities including President of the Management Division for a privately held property management/investment organization in Santa Barbara. Patti is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management and received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Communications from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
