Patrick is Area Vice President of Leasing based in the Houston office. He is responsible for managing and leasing approximately 5.5 million square feet of Weingarten Central Region properties located in Houston, Central and the South Texas markets. Patrick originally worked for WRI's Leasing Department from 1993 to 2002, holding various production and management positions. After leaving WRI, Patrick spent much of his time as Principal with KM Realty where he was directly responsible for leasing, construction, and management of the KM Portfolio. Patrick rejoined Weingarten in 2009 as regional Leasing director and was promoted to his current position in 2011. Patrick was educated at Southwest Texas State University and has over 25 years of retail real estate experience. He holds a Real Estate Broker's License in the state of Texas and has been an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for over 20 years.
