He was a product manager of technology books at McMillan Publishing, a key player in the development of online catalogs and electronic commerce tools with Bell Atlantic, and the leader of marketing efforts for a major online recruitment service. Pat has been a featured speaker at a wide range of conferences and is one of the primary developers of Face Valuean educational game for the business environment that unveils the business impact of customer loyalty management. Pat earned his bachelor's degree in industrial design from the University of Cincinnati and his master's degree in business administration from Butler University.
