Patricia Bennett is Common Cause's human resources director. She oversees interoffice matters, including staff recruitment, personnel policies, employee records, employee and labor relations, salary compensation, payroll and benefit information. Before joining Common Cause in mid-2007, Patricia was a human resources professional at the non-profit American International Health Alliance in Washington DC. She also served as a human resources contractor for an agency in the District of Columbia government. She has also worked as an operations manager with Bell Atlantic, and its predecessor, C&P Telephone Co., and AT&T. Patricia holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Almeda University in Ohio.
