Nanette Brown leads client directed market research initiatives at ICC/Decision Services. She brings more than 26 years of market research experience and consumer insight in all aspects of Customer Experience Management (CEM) programs. She has designed, executed and analyzed countless consumer research initiatives throughout her career in the Market Research Department at Pathmark Stores, Inc. Her broad range of market research expertise also includes: customer intercept studies, telephone and website studies, and she is a trained Focus Group moderator. Nanette holds a B.S. degree in Marketing & Management from Montclair State University, Upper Montclair, New Jersey.
