Green, a C.P.A., joined Ancor in 1996. As C.F.O., he has played a vital role in the valuation and financial modeling process associated with numerous Ancor acquisitions, as well as handling other critical internal financial responsibilities for the organization. Green sits on the boards, and has served as President and C.F.O., of several Ancor-related companies. He has a background in public accounting, both with Ernst & Young and in a local public firm where he has experience in tax and auditing. Mr. Green serves on the Board of Care Quest Home Health, Inc. Mr. Green graduated summa cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington, with a B.B.A. in Accounting. Mr. Green, his wife, and daughter reside in Keller, Texas.
