Mike is a member of TT's Senior Management team and serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. In this role, Mike is responsible for all legal matters affecting the corporation, including all licensing, service and hosting agreements, consulting agreements, employment issues, property leasing and vendor contracts. Mike also oversaw the initial patent filings related to TT's MD Trader® innovations and started TT's intellectual property program. In addition to his legal responsibilities, TT's Human Resources, Recruiting and Facilities departments also report to Mike. Prior to joining TT, Mike was an attorney at Oppenheimer, Wolff and Donnelly, where he was a member of the insurance and general litigation departments. He was involved in trademark, patent and other commercial litigation as well as insurance coverage disputes and transactions. Mike is a graduate of Kalamazoo College and DePaul University College of Law.
