Mr. Michael Moore is Executive Vice President of Insurance Operations at M3 Insurance Solutions for Business (M3). Working out of the Madison office, Mike guides the strategic direction of the Insurance Operations Division of M3, which includes Risk Management, Carrier Relations, Client Services, Professional Development, Marketing and Advertising. He is also a member of M3's executive management team. Mike received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison. He was then commissioned in the United States Army and went on to serve 12 years on active duty and in the Wisconsin National Guard. After working as a Claims Examiner with American Family Insurance, Mike joined the M3 team in 1994 as an Account Executive. He was promoted to his current position in 2001. Mike is the Past President of Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (PIAW). He currently serves on several Insurance Company Advisory Boards. In 2007 Mike was honored as the National Young Insurance Professional of the Year, and the Wisconsin (PIAW) Agent of the Year. In addition, he is a member of the Key Club of the United Way of Dane County, President of the board of directors for The Verona Ice Rink, a director of the Phi Delta Theta Alumni Housing Corporation, and a member of the coaches committee for Southwest Youth Hockey Association.
