Michelle is the Vice President of Prymak's customer service and quality assurance program. Along with the four other founding partners, she helped to launch Prymak in 2000. Having worked in the mortgage technology industry for over 10 years, she has vast experience in proving technical solutions to the financial and lending institutions. With a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech, Michelle began her professional career teaching biology until she migrated from Virginia to North Carolina to work in medical software. Migrating to support and management of lending software projects, Michelle began working with the FiTECH support team in 1997 as a support specialist, and was promoted to Senior Support Specialist in 1999. She has an in-depth knowledge of lending software, government compliance updates, automated underwriting and SQL queries.
