Michelle Ator concentrates her practice in the defense of physicians, surgeons, dentists, nurses, hospitals, and other medical professionals in malpractice litigation. She is experienced in the presentation of complex scientific evidence including medical issues and surgical procedures. She previously served as a Division Chief in the office of the Prosecuting Attorney for the Sixth Judicial District of Arkansas where she gained significant trial experience, primarily as lead counsel in the prosecution of homicide, rape and child abuse cases. She has had the privilege of representing her clients as first chair trial counsel in dozens of jury trials. Michelle's work has been recognized by her peers. She is listed in Best Lawyers in America in Medical Malpractice Law, is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America, and is a Master of the Bench and past President of the Henry Woods American Inn of Court.
