Michele A. Gallagher is a litigator in the D.C. office of Anderson Kill. Ms. Gallagher's practice focuses on insurance coverage counseling and litigation on behalf of policyholders. Ms. Gallagher is also a member of Anderson Kill's Health Reform Task Force. Counsel to AutoScribe Corporation in coverage action in Maryland state court. Errors & Omissions Insurance - Counsel to local insurance agent in coverage action against errors & omissions carrier in Maryland state court. Disability & Health Insurance - Counsel to plaintiff in Cohen v. Standard Ins. Co., in which the Eastern District of Pennsylvania held that Standard's refusal to pay disability claim was arbitrary and capricious.
