Known for his keen ability to find practical solutions to complex issues, Michael has been closely involved with all-things-technical since the late 80s when the rest of the world thought high-tech? simply meant having a VCR and an answering machine. Holding a B.A. in Mathematics/Computer Science with a Visual Arts Concentration from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass., in 1991, Michael was well educated and prepared for his career in IT. From positions with New England Internet Company (NEICO) to Harvest Webmasters/Business Internet Group to Dovetail Internet Technologies, which he founded in 1999, Michael's experience in Internet Technology is as vast as it is impressive. In 2001, the Worcester Business Journal named him a Top 20 CEO to Watch. His expert knowledge makes him a sought-after source for WBJ reporters, and he shares even more of his knowledge as a prolific podcaster on the "Mind of Men" podcast which he has co-hosted since 2006. Committed to the concept that business web sites should be dynamic, speedy, and easy to update, Michael is the inspiration behind novo, Dovetail's premier website content management system, which prides itself on being a complete web solution for small- to medium-sized businesses. Michael makes his home in Auburn with his wife Lisa and their four children, where he also spends time as Cubmaster for Auburn's Cub Scout Pack 101, and during the summer months as Youth Volleyball Coach for his local parish. Michael also sits on the Technology and Web Committees for the Mohegan Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
