About Michael Paley
Executive Vice President Michael J. Paley is an expert in improving individual and team performance. Over the past 10 years he has focused this expertise on developing innovative organizational and human performance modeling techniques for the optimal redesign of teams and organizations. This work has been applied in complex environments ranging from Air Force Airborne Warning and Control System Command and Control Aircraft, Navy Aegis Cruisers, to Stability and Support Operations in Bosnia. Prior to joining Aptima, Dr. Paley was a Staff Member at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where he was responsible for human factors assessment of the AWACS operator workstations. Dr. Paley received a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
