Michael has significant experience in the healthcare industry, providing a wide range of services focused on transactional and operational issues. He has served clients in the areas of pre and post-transaction support, capital planning, service line and facility expansion, managed care contracting, strategic planning, performance benchmarking, physician compensation, physician/hospital joint venture activity, business valuation and litigation support. Michael's clients have included multi-hospital systems, community hospitals, academic medical centers, children's hospitals, physician-owned hospitals, healthcare real estate development firms, physician group practices, managed care payers, and health informatics organizations. Prior to joining J. Taylor & Associates, LLC, Michael served for four years as a Manager within Ernst & Young LLP's Health Sciences Advisory Services practice. Michael began his career as a Consultant within the Business Consulting practice of Arthur Andersen.
