Mr. Kritschgau joined Radiant Research as the Director of Regional Operations in 2003. He later became the Director of Patient Recruitment in 2004 and was responsible for patient recruitment at all Radiant Research sites. Mr. Kritschgau assumed the role of Vice President, Radiant Recruitment in 2008 and the Vice President, Operations in 2010. He has been working exclusively in patient recruitment for over ten years. Prior to directing recruitment for Radiant Research, he was responsible for patient recruitment at the largest independent research site in the country. He specializes in database building and advertisement creation and placement including endpoint analysis regarding the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns. He advised several CRO and pharmaceutical sponsors on recruitment strategies to speed enrollment on their projects and has served on the advisory committee of several health related organizations. Mr. Kritschgau formerly taught Small Group and Public Communications courses at the College and University level. He received his BS from Central Michigan University and his MA from Eastern Michigan University.
