J. MICHAEL KEENAN has served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Administration since June 2009. Mr. Keenan has 20 years experience in finance management most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Partner with Wisteria Capital Management, a private equity investment company. Mr. Keenan began his career with Arthur Andersen, left to form a CPA firm, and later merged the CPA firm with a business valuation and transactions advisory firm before joining Wisteria Capital. He holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Memphis, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and received the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
