Michael is a third generation owner of Shumsky Enterprises, founded in 1953 by his grandfather, Hy Shumsky. Michael has been with Shumsky for 30 years. He is also president of Outta the Box Dispensers, LLC, a 2003 INC 500 Fastest Growing Company winner focused on retail coupon dispensing. Michael developed the concept for Boost Rewards in 2005 to utilize web technology to deliver effective employee recognition programs. He is a recognized national expert in the field of employee recognition and rewards. Michael serves on the Board of Trustees as Chairman for the United States Air and Trade Show, the Board of Trustees for the Miami Valley Hospital Foundation, Board of Directors American Heart Association of SW Ohio, and on the Board of Directors for the Warrior Soccer Association.
