With more than 26 years of design experience, Michael Dula, Creative Director at RiechesBaird, brings with him a 360-degree approach to corporate identity and visual brand expression. Michael works with our lead brand strategists to develop and articulate a brand's visual essence, which includes the design and development of its corporate identity, expression and guidelines for their use. Prior to joining RiechesBaird, Michael was the founding principal and creative leader of Dula Image Group, a highly recognized strategic brand consultancy. Michael's design work has been honored and widely published in virtually every major industry publication including American Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Graphic Design: USA, Graphis Design International, The American Institute of Graphic Arts, Print Magazine, Desi Awards, Creativity, Art Direction Magazine, New York Art Directors Club, How International Design, How Magazine, American Corporate Identity, Global Corporate identity and Graphis Annual Reports. His work currently resides in the Permanent Corporate Collection of the Museum of Art and Design in New York City, and it has also represented the United States at the International Design Exhibition in Anson, South Korea. Michael received his principle training in art, design and architecture from the University of Kansas. He has worked with a wide-range of clientele such as American Express, American Telecommunications, Paramount Studios, Viacom, MCA Universal and Howard Hughes Properties. He is a frequent speaker on the topic of using design and branding as a business tool to successfully readapt to ever-changing marketplace conditions. Michael is also a painter and sculptor whose work is currently represented in the United States by LewAllen Contemporary Gallery.
