Mike brings 17 years of financial and operational experience to kSARIA as a corporate, high technology financial executive. In his previous position as Chief Financial Officer at publicly held Data Translation, Inc., he led all financial, operational and administrative functions including human resources, investor relations and information technology. He helped set strategic direction, led and participated in raising $5 million in equity capital. Prior to joining Data Translation, Mike served as Corporate Controller for software start-up, NuMega Technologies, Inc. where he led the finance team through the sale of the company to Compuware (NASDAQ: CPWR) for $150 million. Mike has also held senior finance positions in the hardware/software industry including RVSI, Acuity Imaging, Inc. and Automatix, Inc. Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
