Michael Brokaw, SVPStrategy and Business Development Mr. Brokaw is the Senior Vice President for Strategy and Business Development responsible for VMD's strategic growth through market placement, opportunity identification, pursuit and capture of Federal Government contracts. Prior to assuming his current role within VMD, Mr. Brokaw was the head of VMD's strategy and management consulting practice where he led efforts at numerous government agencies to refine and adopt solution development lifecycle (SDLC) processes while delivering enterprise software solutions, agency wide information assurance programs, and infrastructure implementation and support efforts. Prior to joining VMD, Mr. Brokaw served as the Director - Strategy Consulting Services for DDLabs, a software development and consulting firm. While at DDLabs, he spearheaded the strategy behind the company's business model shift from project-based consulting to dedicated technology development outsourcing, while simultaneously leading the firm's Strategy Consulting practice. Mr. Brokaw began his career in the Investment Banking industry where gained expertise in the analysis of market trends and financial statements of public companies.
