As Chief Financial Officer, Matt has primary responsibility for Delphi's accounting and reporting. He also leads the firm's administrative and operational efforts including investor relations, human resources, information technology, legal affairs and portfolio company assistance. Prior to joining Delphi Ventures in 2000, Matt spent three years as Controller at Bluecurve, Inc., an enterprise performance management software startup. He held various reporting and operational duties until the company's acquisition by Red Hat, Inc. (NYSE: RHT). Prior to Bluecurve, he spent six years in public accounting with former Arthur Andersen managers Schorno, Murray & Co. providing audit, tax and business advisory services to private companies, real estate investment partnerships, and not-for-profit organizations. Matt is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the California State Board of Accountants. He is a member of a NVCA CFO Task Force and has served on the West Coast Chapter Board of Directors of the Private Equity CFO Association (PECFOA).
