Matt has spent nearly 20 years in private equity and investment banking, and has sourced, managed, or executed more than 80 transactions worth over $10 billion. His experience includes private equity investing, public and private equity financing, and structuring and execution of joint ventures and M&A, primarily for energy, natural resources, consumer and technology businesses. In 1998, he founded and led Wit Capital Group's West Coast operations and was responsible for building and managing the firm's investment banking operations.
