Mark Howard - Mark joined our organization in 1993 as a Project Manager and now has over 30 years in the electrical industry. In 1999, Mark was promoted to General Manager of McPhee's Utility Power and Signal Division, where he managed the contracting operations of high and medium voltage work, traffic signalization projects, prime construction of cellular tower sites, and utility work. Two of the notable projects Mark completed were the Cross Sound Cable HVDC Converter Station in New Haven, CT and Northeast Utilities Bethel to Norwalk 345KV Transmission Line project . His enthusiasm for complex construction projects propels him and his talented staff toward the most challenging jobs in the region. Mark achieved the level of Vice President in 2004, continuing to focus his efforts on the utility construction segment and high voltage power side of our business. He has negotiated and managed multiple projects for clients such as Northeast Utilities, United Illuminating, ABB, Mitsubishi Electric, Siemens, and General Dynamics.
