As the Director of Engineering, he provides leadership to a multi-functional organization of engineers engaged in the development of products and services. In his current position, Mark provides technical leadership and works with Company management, large customers and peers to contribute to our software strategic direction, product strategy, and provides technology evaluations and trade-offs (build vs. buy) to meet or exceed customer requirements. Mark is also directly responsible for all development activities involving Requirements, Functional Specifications, Design, Implementation, Quality Assurance, Support and Delivery of ClaimHub's Software Products. Mark has over 20 years experience in hardware and software engineering management of which 15 of those have been involved in the Property & Casualty Marketplace.
